How does Kouzina OS connect to Swiggy and Zomato?
Through the official partner APIs — orders, payouts, ratings, complaints, outlet status. We read from the aggregators; we don't try to compete with them or with your POS. We handle the API onboarding paperwork. Setup runs 1–2 weeks per brand.
Do you replace my POS?
No. Kouzina OS sits between your POS (Petpooja, UrbanPiper, Posist, etc.) and the aggregators. We pull menu and inventory data from your POS for sync; you keep using your POS for billing. We're the operations and finance layer your POS was never designed to be.
How long does implementation really take?
Contract → live Control Tower: 3–4 weeks for a 5–10 outlet brand. PayMatch can go live in week one with bank statement uploads and aggregator settlement files; the deep API integration takes a bit longer. Anyone selling you "minutes" is either lying or only running surface-level reads.
How is PayMatch different from my Tally + Excel workflow?
Tally records the entries. It doesn't reconcile them. PayMatch automatically joins each aggregator UTR to its bank credit, to each underlying order, to your expected receivable — then flags Pass/Fail per UTR. It catches things spreadsheets cannot: under-payouts, missing payouts, cancelled-but-charged orders, silent commission hikes. Then it exports clean entries straight into Tally.
What if Swiggy or Zomato change their APIs?
We're running our own kitchens on the same integrations, so when an aggregator changes something, we feel it before our customers do. The connector patches are part of your subscription — no extra invoice, no waiting.
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
Stored in India on hardened cloud infrastructure with tenant-level isolation. NDAs signed on request. We never share data across customers. PayMatch is multi-tenant with strict brand-level access controls.
Do you serve single outlets, or only chains?
Sweet spot is 5–20 outlet chains where the operational pain is sharpest. Single high-volume cloud kitchens get real value from PayMatch standalone. Below that, our managed-service economics don't quite work — talk to us and we'll be honest about whether it's a fit.
Contract length? Can I cancel?
Standard contracts run 12 months with a 30-day exit clause after month 3. We want you to leave if it isn't working — and we need enough runway to prove the model. The Lighthouse Program (early-adopter pricing) carries case-study commitments in exchange for aggressive rates.
What does it actually cost?
Three components: one-time Implementation Fee, monthly Modular Subscription (per-outlet, depends on modules), and a Managed Service component for Control Tower & Revenue Engine with a small share of recovered revenue.
